Ahaar provides the services matter to the following terms and conditions. By using Products or Services through www.ahaar.com, you wilfully, out of the free will, unconditionally agree to these below conditions. 

Privacy: 

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your usage of all data (whether private or public). 

Electronic Communications: 

When you use any of the Ahaar services or send e-mails, you’re conveying with us electronically. You agree to admit communications from us electronically. We’ll communicate with you by mail/text message communication. You agree that all agreements, notices, exposures and other dispatches we give you electronically satisfy any legal demand that similar communications be in the document.

All content included in or made available through profited services, like content, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and data, is the property of Ahaar or its content suppliers and shall be defended and governed by laws of the land in India. All unwarranted replications of content are rigorously banned and illegal. 

Trademarks: 

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service marks of Ahaar or its content suppliers. But by profiting from the benefits, you don’t get any right to copy or use the same. 

Your Login Account:

If you register with the Ahaar portal, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and word and confining access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for the authenticity of the information and all activities under your account or password. Still, Ahaar reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure outstanding to you. 

Risk of Loss:

All particulars bought electronically through this website are made under a shipment contract. This means that the threat of loss and title for similar particulars passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

Returns, Refunds And Title:

Ahaar will take the return of the product in case of only expired product or above shelf life. In this case, we will refund the entire amount by subtracting the fixed shipment charges into your store credit for future purchases.

Any return regarding product quality and packaging will be the sole discretion of Ahaar and will be considered only after the client’s proper checking and needed attestations. Any complaint regarding the product and shipment will be transferred to info@ahaar.com with product details, shipment details, payment details and necessary photos.

The Ahaar services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website services are supplied in Ahaar on an “as is” and” as available” basis, unless else specified in document. Disputes:

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of any Ahaar Products Service or any products or services retailed or distributed by Ahaar or through info@ahaar.com will be subject to the exclusive governance of the court.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual ground, not in a class, consolidated or representative action. 

Minimum Order: 

Any order of ₹ 500 and above will be accepted only. It’s inclusive of all taxes and packaging. We presently ship products free of charge.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of checkout. However, please check with your family members or business associates authorized to make purchases on your behalf if you see any charges on your credit/ debit card for purchases made but have never created an account or subscribed. However, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the trade so we can look into it. If you still can not recognize the charge. Please mail us at info@ahaar.com.

In case of a payment failure, please retry, ensuring Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, credentials (for net banking and UPIs), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has disintegrated in the process. However, it’s generally rolled back to your account within seven business days, If your account has been debited after a payment failure.
